Disassociating/losing time.
I space out a lot too. I go in clothing stores and look at stuff while listening to music and completely lose track of time. I can watch myself in the mirror or have a shower or even just sit on the toilet and time just flies by. As a kid I did it even more often, I would just lie in the grass and pulls straws up and stare at them, or let my finger trace cracks in the pavement or pluck petals from a flower and be completely oblivious to the rest of the world. That was such a nice place to be. Now it stresses me out, because I have things to do and suddenly I've lost a chunk of time that should have been spent on something else.... Being and adult sucks, I wish I would have listened to my mother when she told me to appreciate the freedom of being a child and disposing over so much free time.
