Hello, My name is jason and I live in Spokane. I was informed a few days ago that I had Asperger's Syndrome. I'm still not real sure what it is. I was invited to attend a few groups and classes to learn how this is affecting me and how I live my life. All I really understand right now is that, I've been on the outside of this world I'm forced to live in my whole life and now they say they can help me be part of it. I really don't see the benefit of that. How are a few classes and groups going to make me fit in? Why should I have to change who I am to do that? I'm 36 years old and have always felt I was the monster my parents said I was. This "label" they have given me will not change what I am, nor will the classes and groups.
