My dog is an English Cocker Spaniel mix. He goes crazy for food and is happy when we walk in the door. He used to not get along with other dogs because he felt like he had to be the alpha dog. He mellowed out a bit though. He is about 14-years-old so he is getting older. He still has his moments of energy though. He also barks a lot for things. He used to love to chase squirrels and still does sometimes.

Last night I was laying down in bed and my older cat Lucky got up onto it and started nuzzling, purring, and kissing me, and didn't even leave when I started to pet her. This is a bit unusual for her. Then I woke up during the night to discover her kneading the pillows with her paws like crazy.

I just hope her increased affection isn't due to a disease or becoming senile. :)

My mom refused to train the current house-pet, a Beagle named Jack when we first got him in 2003. My mom has never regretted at all since.

Our old fella (Mastadore) died out on the back lawn on a new year's eve just as it was starting to get dark. We sat with him to see him off.

My imaginary pet is a gerbil and one truth about him is that he is imaginary. His name is ....uh.... Bob. Or if he's not a he but a she her name is.... Barbara.

I can't afford to have a non-imaginary pet...

...besides a human one in the BDSM sense. Can I say that? I'm pretty sure I was non-explicit and saying that isn't against the WP rules provided I'm not explicit right? Best I check now so I'll know in future.

My pet house spider didn't cost me anything and hung round for about four years. Man we had some good times.

My favourite tarantula is my G. pulchra (Brazilian Black) called Snowflake. She eats a lot and likes to come out of her container. We get along very well and understand one another.

My mom never bothered getting the dog trained because she believed the dog would learn good behavior on its own.

Three cats... one is a troublemaker, one is a grump, and the other is an attention-king.

My dog is allergic to beef, duck, lamb, kangaroo, all grains including wheat, flaxseed, corn, pinto beans, milk, cheese, and storage mites (meaning any and all dry food).

He can only have fresh chicken, turkey, pork, fish, venison, rabbit, rice, potato, or egg.
