I didn't realize it's a humor site until it was mentioned in this thread. Though I see the site does indicate so. Given that, "horrible diseases" is appropriate. An over the top exaggerated label.

LOL, Horus. :D I suppose it does become problematic. But in that case, either make meringue or ignore the lemons while you go in search of blackberries.

You don't count because I'm 90% certain you're an exceedingly late bloomer.
