Do little noises bother you?

As in screeching a fork on a plate (sometimes my family does this since they know it annoys me) Or a bug flying around my room at night (I have to get up and find the damn thing and kill it!! ! Sometimes I can go back to sleep but that's rare) does anyone else have any "minor" noise issues. (small noises not loud noises.) :-)

Sounds that annoy me:

1. Loud, sudden sounds
2. Quiet, constant sounds
3. High-pitched sounds

Directly for your question I would have to agree, fork on a plate is terrible, flies and mosquitoes, people eating food, fluorescent lights, cats making noises.

Yes small noises annoy me,

16khz-17khz noises especially.

Guitar amp buzzing/humming
tapping noises(not hammers so much)
sudden yelling
my tinnitus

The only time little noises bother me is when I'm either trying to fall asleep or when I'm just getting up in the morning.

Eating and drinking noises - even when fairly quiet. Also the sound of dribbling water.

they do all day long - eating and drinking noises. breathing. noise from my neighbours. had a hearing test and was told i had sensitivity to soft sounds and extra good hearing.

Yeah! Those sort of things annoy me too. Mainly it is limited to the following:
Popping/explosions
Sudden/unexpected
Car brakes
Flies
Screeching
Loud things (like concerts)
Eating

Sometimes little noises get on my nerves especially when I'm not expecting it
