He is just weird, end of story. Maybe he thought it was too awkward to turn around and get it right? Hopefully he knows what a German is.

I know people hate Justin Bieber, but I actually like his song "Never Let You Go". He's better than some other artists I could name (Hannah Montana, anyone?).

I can forgive him that one. You're bound to make some mistakes when you're doing as many talks/speeches as that guy. He just said Germany instead of Russia, I don't think he was actually confused.
