The water in the big city close to here tastes like chlorine.
The little town I live near, we all have our own wells which tastes like .... hmmm.... dirty water. (Hard to describe)
Bottle water is perfect!! ! It is the most clear and clean tasting to me.

Bottle water for me, I must say. :D

Cleaner and more filter I would of assumed and more fresh as for Tap water, its pretty much recycled and it goes through all these process of getting the water clean again and drinkable. :)

Probably depends of where you live. Berkeley and Lake Tahoe have the best water I've ever tasted. But the water where I live sucks -- it's full of iron and hydrogen sulfide. Even after filters and a water softener it still tastes terrible. So the bottled water here is much better.

I like the taste of bottled water 100 times better, than the taste of tap water. Tap water either tastes like chlorine or dirt.

Bottle Water is actually bad for your health and the enviroment. They are putting a "sin" tax on bottled water in this city. The city water taistes fine. However mine is filtered in the refrigerator.

Well at home, I get Lake Michigan water - which is delicious!

However, I refuse to drink well water - it's disgusting and unsafe.

We have a drilled well, which has been tested, and it's fine. No chlorine or other toxins. And I hate most bottled water.

tap water = bad. there's flouride in it. this is a poison. what they use to flouridate the water is a chemical you need a special permit to dispose of. bottled water = scam. it takes twice the water in the bottle to make the bottle. invest in a flouride filter, and get it that way.

How is bottled water bad for your health compared to tap water?

I've heard so many claims that either side, tap or bottled, is unsafe. I've even heard that flouride in water might be causing autism.

Anyway, bottled water is my only beverage.

I drink either reverse osmosis water or distilled water. The former is close to 99% pure and the latter is 100% pure. Nothing else will do.

Neither actually. The tapwater where I live is horrible, And bottled water is really bad for the environment, I have a water filter water bottle and we 4 water filter pitchers.

Tap water tastes different at each tap.

I prefer sparkling water myself, so I get it from a bottle.
