Thank you for starting this thread

I would like to spend a working-day with a friend of mine.

We joined Mensa at the same time (and with the same IQ) :!:

He went to Cambridge, Insead, Boston Consulting Group..............(it goes on and gets much worse  )

I am very happy for him.

I look at him and see so clearly WHY I did/could not 'succeed' in the 'Corporate' world and why it was inevitable that I would work in my own professional business.

He is ME without the Aspergers.............BUT we communicate perfectly

I think it would be quite beautiful, like poetry or symphony music to experience his level of working excellence (intellect AND intuition) first hand :D

This would be my field trip

Mars. I'd want to see Olympus Mons and the deep valleys there.

Israel and Egypt. The other sites of very early ancient cultures I would like to visit are too politically unstable.

Same. And if I ever get lonely, which I doubt would happen, I could always go hang out with the Mars rover. 8)

I'd like to take a trip to Tokyo for a couple weeks. I'd explore the city life and then check out the countrysides, with the shrines and temples and stuff.

What is the "Ultimate" field trip? That would be to the "Aferlife" if there is one or "Oblivion" if there isn't such a thing.

Why? Because "ultimate" literally means "final."

Sure, but it can mean that it's "final" in that it's so good that no furthur trips are required.

O.K. Serious answer:

The Space Station. Is there anyone here who would turn down an opportunity to see the Earth from orbit and experience weightlessness? On second thought, the Moon would be even better.
