Hey,

So I got dumped by my g/f of just over a year and a half because I am 'emotionally thick'...

Anybody got any tips on how to be less 'thick'?

no we all are emotionally thick, Ive not found anything makes a difference to that. You need to find someone more tollerant and more forgiving.

I think it translates to not being NT or a mind reader...

Tbh... I dont think it was to do with AS at all, We spent the day together prior where she was silent the whole time. I figured something was wrong and asked what was up, several times thoughout the day and all I got was 'nothing is wrong' - clearly there was

That's pretty standard with NT women. Lots of NT guys complain about how women say they are fine when they are not & then get mad at em over it. The problem is us males do NOT understand reverse psychology

Ah well, what can you do. If she's not happy in the relationship, maybe you aren't so great a match after all. Find someone better for you.

It couldn't hurt to examine what went wrong just in case there is something you can learn from the experience, though.

Listen to lotus.
You will just make yourself miserable if you try to 'change'.
