I'm not sure how to describe it, but you know the nodding back and forth that autistic people exhibit?

Well, I had a lady ask if I was okay while I was doing it. ( )


I never really thought about it before hand, but it is a very, quirky quality about us..


I do it when I'm relaxing, or when I'm deep in thought..

When do you do it?

whenever i dont want to open my mouth , ive never done it as far as i know

I don't nod, but when I zone out into my world, I answer yes automatically to every question I'm asked. This got me in trouble a couple of times.

ive had a similar thing happen to me hecate. i do alot of rocking when i am nervos. never been tolf i look like i am in a vodo trance though...

maybe i should convert this to hecidecimal...

As for nodding, I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. I know about rocking, but I haven't heard of nodding before.

I never knew this nodding thing was a symptom of Aspergers. Well then, you learn something new everyday. This has actually been pointed out to me - half the time I don't know I'm doing it. and another thing: my dad - 56 years on this mortal coil - does this all the time too. He hasn't been diagnosed and doesn't appear to show any classic traits.
