Are you a night person or a day person??

I am a nightperson myself. My mum always has a go at me for sleeping most of the day lol. I'm bit nervous about this, it's the first time I've posted somthing

I'm a night person. I sleep all day and I'm awake at night and the early morning. My bedtime is between 8 AM and 10 AM.

My waking hours usually span Noon to 2/3 AM during the summer.

It depends with me. Sometimes I will stay up really late, but I usually like to sleep at night.

My dad is the same way. He will stay up all night, and then sleep all day. He did that today in fact. He went to bed at about 7 something this morning, and got angry when my grandma told him to get up.

I think I have very erratic sleeping patterns. Sometimes I might be awake all day and go to sleep before midnight, and other times I'm awake all night and go to sleep early in the morning. I couldn't say that I'm definitely a day/night person because of that.

It's nice to know that I'm not weird for being a night person. To be honest I like staying up at nice it feels kinda peaceful

I read something somewhere that said that many autistic people prefer night over day because there is typically less sensory input. (Less light, and, unless you are in some city of parties, less commotion... etc.)

I am most certainly a night owl. I am not a morning person. Ever. I hate mornings. Mornings are for doleite dullards to open their first can of lager whilst watching The Jeremy Kyle Show. No thanks.

I usually sleep every 2 days. I stay up all night and then go to sleep around 7-10 am, only to find out that I wake up around 4-6 pm. Then I'm like, " ugh, why did I stay up so late, the day is already over."

Personally, I'm a afternoon person. I can't get up easily in the morning, and nights I just want to play video games or sleep. Usually sleep.

I'm definitely more of a night person than a day person. I tend to be tired during day hours and I don't really wake up until the sun sets.

Definitely a night person. Since my parents typically go to bed early, I find myself to be the only one up. Which allows me, unlike during the day, to relax a bit. Knowing that no one is awake to tell me to do something and there is normally never 'scheduled' events taking place that require my attendance.
