then what's the word for having a typical body? Somato-typical? Physio-typical?

I don't think there is an official word for that. I could be wrong, though.
'Neurotypical' just means you don't have an ASD. You could still have something like OCD or bipolar disorder, which would mean that your brain still isn't 'typical', but you aren't autistic.

I agree. I think the term neurotypical to describe someone as someone without an ASD is insufficient and misleading. Not intentionally of course, just unfortunate. Like the term global warming doesn't describe the situation accurately.
