A while ago I was having a discussion with my college classmates about what the perfect song would be. After none of us could agree on an answer, I decided that there is no universally perfect song, but instead I think it is possible for each individual to have their own personal perfect song. So, what's yours, and how did you realise that it was the perfect song for you? And for those who haven't found a perfect song yet, what would you look for in it?

My perfect song is "The Garden of Everything" by Steve Conte and Maaya Sakamoto. I only heard a clip of it, but that was enough, and I spent the next few months searching for it. Now I've finally found the full version, and I'm listening to it fully for the first time as I write this. :) (I can't even begin to descibe how it feels to hear it fully, I know now it truly is my perfect song! :D ) So, what is everyone else's perfect song, or what do you expect it to be like?

Hello Lupine_Ragdoll,

My perfects songs (because it's kinda impossible to just have only one perfect song) are:

- Zombie Eaters (Faith No More)
- All along the watchtower (Jimi Hendrix)
- Sweat Dream (Marylin Manson version)
- Spider (System of down)

I don't care about the lyric, I just like the feeling of those songs.

See Ya !

Kidneythieves - "Layers," "S+M A Love Song," "Zerospace"
Celldweller - "Frozen," "Under My Feet, The Last Firstborn"
Orgy - "Vague," "Eva"
Deftones - "Change in the House"
Tapping the Vein - "Again," "Sugar Falls"
Curve - "Hell Above Water"

Some others but those are the ones that stick out to me at the moment. I'm sure other people would have plenty of problems with some of those songs, but I don't. Heh.
