I went back to school to get my grade 12 this past year, after leaving school around the time you were born.
*wow that makes me feel old...maybe*
'They expected me to learn all these 'new' words and bin the ones I used to use.
Now my grammar and my 'spelling' and some of my images are all confused, just to get my grade 12 and
pass with pretty decent grades.
No offence, but my thought is, until the USA actually has an offical language, they should stop
making dictionaries and trying to change 'words' that have been around 500+ years in some cases.
Plus, this country I live in should stay 'true' to the language it does have. Hybrids are not always a good thing.
