Did not get raped or run over by a bus

No major health problems, that I know of, thus far

Just fatigue, depression, always cold, hemorrhoids, amenorrhea

Did not get expelled from school or fired from work

Did not get evicted

Perfect weather

No homophobia

Nobody ridiculed me

The place where I am staying is beautiful. So quiet. The Rhododendrons are in flower everywhere and it is a perfect place to see both the mountains and the sea. My son is in a good head-space for him and I am relieved and happy about that. He is working on his music and has learned to have a support network.

I have a lot to be happy about today.

I hiked up, over & around a couple of drumlins today, hiking 12.6 kilometres! I feel pretty good now.

Pizza, wings & cucumber for supper tonight...

Barely got to aikido on time

Aikido instructor, former, said that the backfall instead of backroll was a stylistic difference

Possibly visiting a Toastmasters club outside my own town

Being greeted by my feral kitties this morning when I went outside to feed them

My trip to the big city went well. I did not get a panic attack from all the people.
