Nurse and X-ray tech and Dr. were all friendly and competent, and Dr gave me both the PT “prescription” I wanted, but she also confirmed I was generally on the right path—continue exercises for back, knee, etc., to help my sleep discomfort—, and she provided some age-related advice for supplements, too.

I was also able to pass on that exercise helps the brain, too—especially ADHD brains—, which she seemed surprised about.
