took a nice restful, calming, lukewarm shower, cooled me off and washed away all the sweat and grime, feel good as new, almost ;)

Saw a wheel bug nymph when I took my dog out to run in the backyard, I always appreciate seeing arthropods I don’t see that often. And I successfully kept my dog from sticking his face into the plant it was on and possibly brushing it off onto himself and getting bitten, wheel bugs are a species of assassin bug, and their bites are not pleasant.
