I gave my friend a quick side hug since we haven't hugged in awhile, and they pulled me back in and hugged me longer.

I slept for 11 hours last night. That's more than I slept all last week in total. Mind blown. Mood elevated. Thoughts clear. Hell yeah. Take that insomnia. :mrgreen:

3 bowel movements. successful

slept fine

zero symptoms

feet not hrrting

only have to work 10-2 today

zero dogs bothered me yesterday

whole foods had jalepino cheese bread. (it doesn't always have it). tasted good, but not as spectacular as remembered.
