Spiritual experience with my new friend Muhammad. We had some good philosophical conversations. He is a traveller and a preacher of Allah - I am Jewish - so there was a few weariness's at first but we were both excited that we both met and he asked to stay at mine - a real pleasure to meet him randomly at the train station by accident - starting to think there was a deeper meaning behind our encounter - we both talked about our experiences with schizophrenia in the past too - so good to meet someone I could talk about God with, conspiracy theories, the illuminati, how the world works, etc.

I cleared out my garden shed.

We only moved here last year - spoke to the previous owner today who said that it was cleared out 35 years ago.

A sense of achievement and good to do something physically tiring.

Looking forward to multiple trips to the tip tomorrow.
