Just seen a few newly hatched ducklings fresh out of their little eggs. Mum duck looks happy. :)

As for me, seeing my feral kitties when I went outside to feed them-always a great start to the day

My friend turning up online about ten minutes ago. Just chatting helps when I feel like this. I don't have to tell him how I feel. All claustrophobic... Somehow, live online chatting (No visual except for print) helps bring release as the claustrophobic feeling is "Ahhhhh!" or "Grrrrr" without a way to release it. The online chatting makes me gently focus on another thing... :) A distraction... :) A saftey valve! And no, I don't tell my friend this. And I am just saying jokes. Just something... Anything! Just having him there helps. :)

You're welcome. Ooh. I was down at the local harbour today where I had a bit of energy loss so I went to lie on a bench. Now the tide was in and the water was nice and calm in the harbour. We saw a mum duck showing her ewly atched ducklings around the harbour. I think there were about ten little duckilngs. :)
