I was told I need to move my car. It hasn't moved in a couple years. I was delighted that it started up (with difficulty) using one of those jumper packs. But then it stalled when I disconnected the pack. Started it again, let it run a long time, still dead when I disconnected the pack. The battery is dead. As in, damaged by disuse, and not just discharged. I was prepared to have a rotten day being the only car that can't comply with the move order. I feared getting towed.

But I see there are three more cars that did not comply. And, reading the letter again, I see it threatens damage to the cars that remain (they are stripping the lot) and not towing.

So, I think I dodged the bullet again. I've been worried for a long time they'd consider my car abandoned and tow it. I even clear snow from it in the winter so it doesn't look unused, but if anyone is even a little observant, it hasn't moved in years.

This is the closest I can come to "happy".

^ Aw cute

Well I'm having fish fingers for my tea. I've not had them for ages an ages so my mouth is watering for them and I know that My tummy will be very happy when I've eaten them.

So that is what is making me happy.

Another weight off my chest. Or a section of my head. Whatever.

But I've yet to see if it's longterm.
Still, it felt rather nice.

We sold our truck and we had some unexpected money come our way, so we can now look for our motorhome.

Finally a day where there hasn’t been power tool and hammering noise all day. And it’s supposed to be cool and rainy for the next few days, which is my favorite kind of weather.

First, I got a rom hack of Sonic 1 where you play as Knuckles (and another with Tails); also, I figured out how to record me playing Genesis games. The frame rate still kinda sucks but I'll have to worry about that later.

Still, it's cool to have that as an option. :nerdy:
