A very interesting article on a Japanese Olympic champion, Mikio Oda, triple jump champion in 1928. The Olympic Games are a special interest of mine.

auntblabby told me my accent sounded more midwestern. I guess people in south georgia sound kind of midwestern? I've never been to the midwest. :lol:

My husband's aunt is from Georgia and she doesn't sound southern at all. I always thought it was the strangest thing. And a missed opportunity.
