I seem to have trouble holding a job for multiple years. Either I will become bored with it and my performance will suffer due to other special interests. or I will not get along with my co-workers who will conspire to eject me from the job.
Is this common with aspies?

I could go on for pages, but I can smell lunch burning.
Let's just say overall my final conclusion (as relates to me anyhow) would be

YES.

Edit: I have only ever gotten myself retail jobs. And inevitably, each time, there came along the mid level supervisor who couldn't stand me and started makinng unpleasant and unfounded complaints against me in order to get the required 'performance fialure' writeups getting me evicted.

(or otherwise caused a conflict)

I have trouble getting a job. >.>

I hope that if I get lucky and actually get one, that I can hold it.

Yes. Getting. Holding.

Yep, I don't like having a hard schedule and I get bored quickly so I don't tend to keep jobs much past 6 months. I don't get fired, I just get tired of the job and move on. A notable exception for me was delivery work, the late night hours and the sheer variety of the job kept me engaged enough to stay at it for about 5 years.

For me, yes on both counts. I have my longest running job now. They also know "something" is wrong with me and knew this when I was hired.

While finding a job and interviewing are a bit of a challenge, holding down a job is quite easy.
