Simple. Which do you eat more of.
Of course, that begs us to define fruits and vegetables.

I'm interested in the "popular" definitions, not the botanical definitions, at this time.

Fruit
Snack and Pie fruits.
Standards; like apples, oranges, pears, grapes, berries, pineapple

Veggies
Cauliflower, squash, pumpkin, mushrooms, corn, etc.

I eat lots of fruit, but I probably should eat more greens. I find it hard to make myself eat veggies.

I'm always striving to eat more veggies throughout the day, everyday.

But it comes and goes in cycles with cycles of not eating enough being much longer than eating loads of veggies.

Sigh....

Staple diet is vegetables here - mostly salad stuff like tomatoes, spinach and carrots, in sandwiches. Don't like fruit so I drink orange juice instead. I've been that way so long that I find it hard to imagine what else there might be to eat......but recently I've become bored with the staple diet and I've begun to experiment with imitation (soya) burgers etc. Wouldn't eat those exclusively though, as I'm sure they're only healthy if they're used in moderation. And it uses gas to heat them up, which costs money.

Autistic and eat more fruit. It's easier as it is juice.

I used to eat loads and loads of fruit, there was a point when I was eaten 10lb of satsumas a week! But over the last six months or so I have noticed that I am eating more vegetables and not so much fruit. Some people may find it odd but since I have been vegetarian I actually eat more variety of foods than when I wasn't. Because there are foods that I have found i like whereas I don't find a lot of meat based food tastes that great so was limited. I do care about animal welfare etc and bought free range eggs/meat etc but kinda became vegetarian because I wanted to eat foods less and less and just liked meat less and less untill I was rarely eating it so I decided why bother and stopped totally
