New Pokémon from Black & White revealed!

This has the sprites for all of them, as well as the base stats for the evolved forms.

My personal favorites are Kibago and its final form Ononokusu.




Ononokusu is pure Dragon (the first fully evolved one, I believe), has 147 base Attack, 97 base Speed, and Mold Breaker (meaning that the only thing that resists its Dragon STAB and Earthquake - assuming it gets Earthquake - is Skarmory).

Another one I'm excited about is Doryuuzu. It's Ground/Steel, and it has 135 base Attack and base 88 Speed. Its speed may seem lacking, but it also has an ability that doubles its speed in Sandstorm.

Lots of cute Pokemon in this generation. But I've got to say something - Musharna totally looks like a fetus:

Personally (and of course if you know me) I love the new Ghost type they revealed.

Sadly can't find any usable pictures of it. It looks like a sarcophagus with shadowy arms coming out of it.

Oh, I'm so looking forward to playing this game!

I can't wait to get my hands on the new turtle Pokemon! (Purotoga).

Extremely broken new item: Aiming Mark. It removes immunities, meaning that Psychic moves can hit Dark Pokémon, Poison can hit Steel, etc. This basically kills stall: ghosts can no longer block Rapid Spin. Even if you predict a switch to a spinner and double switch to a Ghost with Magic Room (a move that stops items from taking effect for five turns) you have to be faster than the spinner and be able to beat it one-on-one. With something like Starmie holding Aiming Mark, this will be pretty much impossible to do.

I'm hoping for some more ghost types and possibly some new Ice type combos like a Dragon/Ice.

No Ice/Fighting, sadly. I linked to the list of new Pokémon at the top of the first post, though, if you want to go take a look at them yourself.

Could have sworn that the Water/Ghost were sporting some major gender differences but it turns or the one that looks like a king is the evolved queen looking one.

I love the Icecream based ones. Or the chandler.

Now all I need is a Ghost/fighting, a Ghost/dragon, a Ghost/steel, and a Ghost/Grass.

The evolutions of the fire starter got pretty cool looks. Not the fastest but he certainly can throw a punch.
