I live in an apartment that is part of a block of 4. The apartments are generally a bit grubby. This is a classic example of executive dysfunction or inability to execute common sense of Asperger's Syndrome.

I can't decide whether it's worth spending money on buying lovely Georgian windows for my apartment when at the moment they all have ordinary, dull ones.

It depends on whether you rent or own the apartment. If you own it, they would be lovely. If you rent it, it is unlikely the owner would allow you to change the windows. And even then it wouldn't be worth it because you can't take them with you when you move.

I rent the apartment. I think I won't change the windows. Thanks for your help. :)
