if I had an old fashioned Nordic Track I'd be on it like 3 hours I love those things,withe the wooden skis!
I agree. The Nordic Track is great. I do 20 minutes in the morning, 10 or 20 after dinner. It doesn't screw up my back and it gets my energy up for other exercises. I got mine used on ebay and it's been working well for about 8 years.
