During the cold winter months my sensitivity to touch seems to worsen a great deal. Is it common for sensitivities to fluctuate like this? I need help because its gotten so bad that sometimes I can't even walk on carpet or wear socks.

Mine doesn't fluctuate by season, but I'm wondering if it could be linked to Seasonal Affective Disorder. Would it be worth trying one of those sun-lamps?
