It might get some other DX from a medical doctor, as it is not lucid.

Mr Bill All seems to be unaware of his surroundings and might be catatonic based on a quick examination, blood preasure appears to be low. Heart sounds difficult to hear

Diagnosed under the DSM5 rules with autism spectrum disorder, under DSM4 psychologist said would have been AS (299.80) but I suspect that I am somewhere between 299.80 and 299.00 (Autism) under DSM4.

It doesn't demonstrate empathy very well. It seems completely oblivious to the emotions of those around it.
