why does my watch make my wrist itch?

and I don't think it's the metal casing. It's all around my wrist. If it was the metal casing, I'd only itch directly beneath the watch face.

I try varying tightnesses from slightly loose to snug.

It has a rubber strap. Canvas and nylon ones do it to me too.

IDK but sunglasses do that to my nose. Very helpful, I'm sure. :P Do other restrictive things bother you? Like turtlenecks, etc.?

Probably a combo of the synthetic material and perspiration underneath the watchbands. Try leather or metal bands instead

Turtlenecks, socks (not so much anymore),hats.

don't know if it's sensitive or not. I think I like the theory about something touching you that you're not used to. Had a hell of a time getting used to my wedding ring.
