AGREED. I had the ear shocking misfortune of sitting in the same room as my family who were singing it on Lips on the Xbox, last weekend . I much prefer Weird Al Yankovic's "Ugly Girl".

Yes. I like almost all of the songs on Aqua's first album. "Roses Are Red" is a particular favorite of mine.

I never went dancing/clubbing & I have no desire to go. I'm a very immature dork with ADHD; I generally dislike most techno music to.

No, but I do like listening to that kind of music while exercising.

When I go to clubs, I generally don't like most of the music, but at least this one is funny. Though I am not into that kind of stuff, at least I can get a good laugh. So as far as dance/techno, I could say I'm okay with Barbie Girl.
Besides, it's about a true story. Our world is " fantastic, wrapped in plastic."

Likewise! I'm not big on "Barbie Girl," but I do very much enjoy most of that album (especially "Roses Are Red" and "Lollipop") when I'm in just the right mood for it. I used to hate such music, but my friend/ex got me hooked many years back.

No, not in the least. Well, I like dancing, but only when I'm alone and only to jazz/swing/blues.
