How do i know if i have autism or brain damage?

how can i tell the difference? my father was careless with me when i was a child and i heard one time he dropped me.

there are some folks out there, who believe that autism is a brain damage.... In that case, your question is easy to answer.

But maybe if you tell us abit more about you, then we can tell you if you have autistic traits or not.

Yep, the only caveat could be frontal lobe with executive dysfunction.

That's not actually an autistic symptom. Comorbid maybe....

That merely says that they tried to test for it and, according to them, it happened in autistics to a different degree than their controls. In any event, some autistics seem to defy that, and I don't recall any part of the DSM metioning it. I didn't say they couldn't happen in autism, or even that they didn't usually occur. I merely said it wasn't an autistic symptom.
