When I went out today I came up with a novel idea. I imagined I was a goldfish swimming in the sea. I began to feel less stressed about people looking at me because fish are beautiful, they move gracefully. I imagined everyone else was a fish too and they didn't seem so scary anymore. It became easier to move casually and to approach towards people without seeming stiff and too premeditated.

The final thing is imagining I could see people's penises, breasts and vaginas. So I would picture them fish shaped but with human coloured skin and with reproductive parts on them too. It all made people seem a lot more natural and easy to understand. It made it easier to understand why lots of people can walk towards you in what seems a rude way - they're like a group of fish all rushing for scraps of food that have just dropped - or in human life jobs in the downtown area. It helps to remind you a lot of behaviour people exhibit is related to doing their best to survive and thrive.

Do you have a thing for fish? I can often look at people and think of them as an animal.

I look at people and think of wolves. This lone fox is getting away from them.

I always thought of it as a chaotic, unpredictable video game that somebody else is controlling. I suppose it really is a matter of perspective.

Goldfish don't live in the sea. They're freshwater fish.

May I suggest imagining that you're a goldfish in a pond?

You may. I appreciate constructive criticism.
