I am very sensitive to direct light, to the point that I live in darkness and have to wear sunglasses when I go outside, even at night (thanks to street lamps, headlights, and the like).
This wouldn't be a problem, but... recent events have caused me to consider the possibility that I may have to end up living somewhere with a lot of light.
I've considered Maxsight (tinted contact lenses that block UV rays), but it seems to me that maybe it might be best to find another solution.
I've heard B2 can help some people, but I take 1.7 mg of it (100% RDA) per day and it doesn't help me.
I know a lot of people on this forum have the same issues. Does anyone have an idea about what could be done to help?
