I know what drugs work for me and what ones don't.
Paracetamol doesn't work.
But I'm told they do work.
So I'm taking my paracetamol
And enjoying my headache
Instead of taking the drugs that "Don't work for that."
Which would fix it.

this convo wit a woman , shes in to female rappers, she find them "empowering." She mentioned various names, Lil kim name, I mentioned Christopher Wallace, (i grew up listening to biggie, i know fair bit about him.) And how ghostwrote her tracks. I mentioned how most of these tracks were probably written by men, irony, she vehemently protests that point...oh no, so and so writes all her own stuff..etc

Later...She was talking about Eddie Murphy..i borough up the time he was caught in Hollywood picking up a transsexual hooker...hugh grant ...wasting money...bribes...expensive escorts..how they (celebrities) can afford it...how escorts is a pseudo classy euphemism on something sordid and sleazy....lonely woman with money using escorts...

She displayed disgust at the concept, exclaimed said any woman who pays for an escort is "sad"..i said they can use the hour whoever they want..they could just talk...they could even get them to do housework. She agreed that would be more sensible use of the time... mow the grass...I told her it probably doesn't happen anyway, very rarely. They probably use them to go out the restaurants. ...Ego thing.... She thought the idea of a woman paying for sex was crazy. And also the converse, men paying women. That she would never do it. Almost like she was bragging THAT she wouldn't ever NEED to!

Most of its substance is peripheral.
The core universe is always very healthy.

Every group, every community, every single person I spend time with eventually disappoints me to the point I can't stand them anymore and want them gone altogether. Am I just too judgemental?

whats on my mind? the covid vaccine i got yesterday. 2nd one now. woke up 2 am, shivering like crazy. whole body. like it was suddenly 0 degrees. and its summer here. and feeling tripped out a bit. its still on my mind. interesting side effects.

People telling me to be more empathic is like forcing me to socialize -- I hate that.

I'd be empathic if I feel like it.
Just as I'd be sociable and socialize if I feel like it.


Can't people understand that?

Would they rather deal with me in a really foul mood, when having half the mind to go violent just to get away from people, consequences be damned?
Or, for everyone's sake, flat out ignore everyone and not even go in the first place?

It's like asking me to work when I'm dead drunk.
Then expect me to do well.
