It's only day 5.
And there's already blood.

Yup.
Not doing this. No, I shouldn't.
Finding alternatives now.

How I should be taking a shower and flossing and going to bed in a sleeping bad in my room that I cleaned today.

When you're rich and famous, you're either one of two things: Someone the world needs right now or a PoS.

I get a 3 day weekend, but I have to go and do things all three days. I just want to stay home and do nothing for 1 day. :(

Seems like a subacute cough is fairly common with an Omicron infection, which my mother has developed from it (I didn't), regardless of age too. Hearing that a couple of months or so is common from a neighbor (nurse whose family just had it all the same). Likely due to the high rate of replication in the bronchi of Omicron, even in healthy individuals. Better that than the lungs, though.

Realized things. What's kept me stuck in time, what keeps me up at night, and what gives me the nightmares. It can't hurt me anymore.

Currently at the right time to drink caffeinated coffee.

And had drank the safe enough and with effects effective enough -- as intended, holding up sleep without other stupid side effects.

According to the series I've been listening recently...

The cortex can tell time.
The brain stem and the limbic system does not.

When the first two is satiated/calmed down/whatever, then the cortex can engage it.

I reckon a crusty bloomer would go down a treat at some point this week.

Edna3362, yeah, the overactive limbic system kinda makes it hard for the cerebral cortex to do its thing. I guess I've been more like a scared animal than human for a long time when it comes to the nervous system, those feelings of fight or flight in other words. Better late than never to achieve some semblance of reasoning and cognitive awareness, I guess (which leads to mental healing and maybe peace of some sort). :| Feels like a switch got turned off or some-such. :?

The crescent moon was nice tonight (looking out my window). Wispy clouds crossing it and the moonlight shining through (you can make out the full moon through the clouds). I like the sun and moon. Both give light all the same. The moonlight is a lot easier on my eyes, though. Me no made for these lands. So, uh, I guess the sun and moon are on my mind.

I'm really hoping that I don't have a meltdown at work or around my aunt, or other family members. I've been suppressing a meltdown and just shutting down for weeks, but I broke down earlier which usually only happens when I'm close to eventually having a more intense one. I've also had to prevent myself from just leaving and running off during work multiple times when I've been really close to a meltdown, which will be equally as embarrassing if that happens since I know my coworkers will all know about it and talk about it, and think I'm even more weird than they already do.

I wish my downstairs neighbour would put her heating on. It's getting a bit cold up here.
