Yes, I have gotten into the bad habit, for what must be the last couple of years, of skipping meals then eating a bunch all at once. Making something worthwhile can be time consuming, especially for one person, and I would rather not eat just for the sake of eating.
I did a lot of that when I was in grad school. It was a nasty habit. I would miss meals, and then all of a sudden, I would realize that I felt awful. I don't think that it is a very healthy way to live, so now I make sure that I eat something on a regular schedule.
