i am really sad about paramore still, but it'll be something to get used to. anybody else have thoughts, know any bands they miss or, on the other hand, despise?

I wish the Smiths would reband. As much as I love them, the Who should disband or at least Roger Daltrey should retire. I respect him as a musician and as a person, but he simply cannot sing any more.

Pink Floyd, though with Wright's death that is going to be very different
I would like it if Van Halen started doing something useful again. I don't much care for its current direction. I don't care much for David Lee Roth at the present either. Maybe I would be happy if Eddie Van Halen would do things the Steve Vai way and start releasing solo instrumental albums and going on tour with G3

I wish the Barenaked Ladies would reband. I don't really have any groups I want to disband but I have one I wish will not reband: Pearl Jam. They did absolutly awesome music, but I just love the music Eddie Vedder has done on his own even more.

Why the original Guns N' Roses line-up to reform of course. I loved the Chinese Democracy album, but it's just Axl Rose and a bunch of random guys (although Buckethead played a part in a few songs). They have no right to be called GNR. Also I've heard they are terrible live.

And the rest of the bands I want to reform, their best members died. :cry:
