Who and what is Joe Coleman?

The face looks he could be in the spiritual ballpark of Ricky Gervais

Joe Coleman is an artist who occasionally does performance pieces.

So then, is he making a statement in that video clip or just performing for purpose of entertainment?

It's a statement about the perception of good and evil and the ideas of life and death. It's intended as starting a dialog about it but not many people who are on the opposite side would really see that.

Which is why I made sure to label it philosophy...because it's not a political statement; and that seems to be most of all that exists here...a P and an R but no P.

The first "P" and the "R" are reflective, yes?

Thank you - content a little strange - guess you had to be there. The style, though, is rather reminiscent of a woman in New York does symbolical quilts.

There's something about it that reminds me of traditional day of the dead Mexican art.

That too, of course. Very like some I am seen - not that familiar so it did not leap out at me.
