i love the smell of frying food, especially steaks a'sizzlin' and onions fryin' together. yum. i love the smell of snow falling on the ground [i also like the soft sound it makes].
i love the smell of hot chocolate. i love the smell of fall [seasonal] weather. i love the smell of frying eggs and bacon. i love the smell of fresh hot pizza. when i was a kid, i used to love the smell of car exhaust from pre-emission-controlled engines, especially if the motor is running fat, a nice sauer-krauty kind of raw leaded-gas smell. i love the smell of peppermint and spearmint. i love the smell of fresh lemon and lime rinds, and of air freshener with those scents.

I thought I would be the only one who likes the smell of skunk. I also like the smell of coffee, bacon, cedar, campfires and laundry.

I like the smell of cigars although I don't smoke them.

I like the musky smell of my own body if I haven't showered in a few days.
But then I like the smell of my own body when I am freshly washed too.

I like new car smell, and fresh mowed grass and hot tar.
I love the smell of brewed coffee. If only coffee tasted as good as it smells.

I'll betcha I could make you a cup of coffee that tasted like it smelled!! ! Unfortunately, most coffee (especially espresso) is burned. Coffee beans actually burn very easily. It's kind of the same game with coca beans, too...it's kind of a shame.

I wanna get a coffee roaster for my house. That would rock.

Oh yeah...I like the smell of cloves, Chanel no.5 and cedar. Ooh, I love the smell of candy canes in a Christmas Tree too!

skin, if it doesn't smell like too much like soaps, deodorants, perfumes, or lotions
blood
the cold air outside in the winter when the chimneys of some of the houses near me are burning wood
bread products as they cook
pumpkin pie
cinnamon
apple cider
citrus fruits(both the pulp and the rind) except grapefruit
most berries(especially raspberries)
peanut butter
garlic
olives
peppers and chiles
onions as they cook
vegetable stock as it cooks
dill
rosemary
vinegar
mild vanilla
root beer
spearmint(peppermint is too strong)
very mild eucalyptus

NOT artificial attempts to smell like of any of the above(things like air "freshener" or perfume)

I like the smell of my cat, rain, wet soil, wet plants. I know water doesn't have a scent, but it kind of does. To me, anyway. I think of it was just 'wet'.

The grocery store when my nose is recently cleared of snott. I can smell the sushi bar, fresh bread, coffie, tea, and pickled food bar. The hours of the store must be busy to, because the ealier hours just seem stinky and plastic like.

The air comeing from a dryer drying wet clean cloths with fabric softener. I used to shove my face into the vent pipe at home when I was little, just to get that unique smell. It was addictive to me back then.

That one of a kind smell that my first church had. It's fadeing in my two song books. I never found a single building in four states that smelled like it since.

my child's hair, his feet when he was an infant, the smell of a summer-time grill, a chlorinated pool, baked chicken, fried garlic, orange skins, carnival food smells, coffee, hyacinths, etc...

my wife has a perfume called Secret of Venus (now no longer manufactured) which was the best artificial scent i'd ever smelled.

myrrh, too.
new records fresh out of the shrinkwrap.
linseed oil.
sage smoke.
