This is one of the most popular recurring sketches from MadTV. It centers around a very dysfunctional manboy and his equally dysfunctional mother.
Stuart is in some ways like an Aspie. He's uncomfortable with people touching him and he always says inappropriate things out loud. He also has various disturbing behaviors, including a dark side of Stuart that will occasionally come out in a demonic voice.
