Does anyone else have fond memories of Nintendo's first system? I sure do!

I've had a system, when I was going though High School. That was the only thing that got me through those cold, lonley years.

I remember my massive addiction to it, and committing adultery with my Super NES and Sega Genesis.

I loved it. I may buy a new one eventually. By light gun do you mean the duck hunt game? If so, I did have that.

Hey, who doesn't remember Super Mario Bros 3! The game was so ahead of many NES games that I've heard many people think that it was for the Super NES!

I suppose you could say that I have an obession with videogames (particularly of the Nintendo variety). I still have my NES and most of my games, and I continue to play them to this day. My friends always ask me why I don't just play the games on an emulator on my PC, but it just isn't the same that way.

(I also still have my SuperNES, SegaSaturn, N64, and a variety of different GameBoys in my "old consoles" collection.)

I loved my NES.
It wasn't until after my brother and his friend destroyed it did I find a way to make it work again.
