My only regret about the second world war is that we (The West) lost.
England declared war on Germany because Germany took back their territory from "poor little Poland"
Perhaps we didn't notice that The Soviets also attacked Poland and took what the Germans didn't want.
(Google "katyn forest massacre" and went on to attack Finland.
Anyway, a few years and a few million deaths later half of Europe and half of Germany were in the hands of Stalin,
so we said "we won" and went home.
General Patton wanted to knock over the Russians but he died in a very suspicious "accident"
So who "won" the second world war? The Soviets.
