True "paleo" diets actually had a lot of meat in it.

You certainly needed meat if you lived like Man did in prehistoric times.

And what makes you think I'm not that???

As a salad I take offense at this unscrupulous and blatant discrimination against my people

I have always wondered if it is a myth or not that being over a BMI of 25 in mostly muscle is bad for your organs such as your heart etc?

This is an example of why I don't follow any of formal diets like "Paleo", "Mediterranean", "Vegan", "Carnivore" or whatever.

There is always some BS attached to the core idea of such diets. My diet is just what I consider healthy without any unnecessary ideological attachments, false dichotomies and BS.

5’5.5”, my weight was approximately 110 pounds for years, but I gained a lot of weight from chemo last year, today it was 140. It’s an adjustment since before then I’d never weighed more than 115 in my life.
