Most of my weight comes from a high bone density and lots of muscle tone. I probably have about 17% body fat. So when I really weigh 200, I really look about 130-150ish.

I doubt that. Few men carry less than 22% body fat at a BMI of 25 and even Hollywood actresses carry around 20% body fat. Your skeleton makes up 13—20% of your weight.

17 on a woman would likely mean visible abs, ala an Olympic athlete. Even if you were at 200lbs and 20s% bodyfat, you got good genes, though.

17 on a woman would be the equivalent of a man in single digit bodyfat. The only way you can really know BF is get it measured, we either under or overestimate ourselves using pictures of other people.

Yeah, I wasn't entirely sure, I was just blabbing. I'm really trying to say I'm heavy, but I don't look like it.

You are what I fear for my brother, who at six feet and sub-120 pounds looks like an overgrown, skeletal eight year old. He's nearly sixteen. I have no problem, but I fear people will judge him on it.

First of all, people who judge others based on height, weight and size are annoying and shallow.

Second, unless he’s anorexic or exercises to the point where it’s obsessive, no need to fear.

Because the OP, who created the thread for his own interest, hasn't been here for 10 years; because the thread died 10 years ago due to a lack of activity and interest; because members responding to past ghosts on the thread who no longer visit WP is kinda pointless - but other than that, sure - knock yourselves out.
