You're not alone. I'm a miserable wreck. The trick is finding a hobby that makes you happy. For me it's listening to music and playing video games.

Sorry to read that you are feeling so hurt.
Do you have interests that make you feel happier?

Well you're not alone PepsiprincessBC because I absolutely have felt the same way that you do. I mean, from middle school to college today, I've gotten along w/ many people and they consider me as a cool, friendly person. I enjoy being in the company of others who treat you nice and friendly. However, they've never asked me out, never respond to me via email, AIM, or cellphone, or invited me to parties. It had seemed to me that they were less interested in me or pretended to like me. They have never criticized me for something that I have done, and I try to be careful of what I do or say.
Just like you, I'm at home alone, unemployed, deprived of a real social life, looking on the Net, playing my Xbox, and watching TV. That's how it's been for me during my teenage years.

I hate to be a nitpicker but if you left aren't you the one doing the shutting out? But in general I can certainly relate to what you're saying.
