now that i realize i have aspergers i find myself looking at the general public trying to pick out other people who possibly have it as well. i have found three others at work. one has no idea, one knows he is an aspie, the third knows and is in denial.

anyway it is known some movie and cartoon characters have been portrayed as people who are aspies, mr. bean is one example. today i was thinking about this and thought perhaps napoleon dynamite and his brother could be as well. which leads me to two questions.

do you guys think napoleon and his brother could be aspies?

what other fictional characters seem to have aspergers?

:hmph:

I think that there is a possibility that they could be AS.

They were created solely for entertainment purposes.

You have a very nice face, by the way. Assuming that that is you in your avatar.

Napoleon Dynamite? I don't know, but I do know that I did not like that movie in the slightest.

One fictional television character I think might have Asperger's is Dexter from the Cartoon Network show Dexter's Laboratory.

EDIT: And I agree with jmnixon. You are pretty handsome, assuming that is you, of course.

I couldn't tolerate that movie for more than a half hour. I think Urkle from Family Matters might be an Aspie. He's very clumsy, very socially awkward & has obsessions, Does anyone think SpongeBob might be autistic :?:

You haven't even been around for a week. You have no room to say that.

Probably, but Batman definitely does- Tech geek, hides away in his lair, cosplay, can't follow the laws and social rules that everone else in gotham does, is usually played by a bad actor. I think it is a no brainer. :P

Yeah. I had no clue what the plot was. What really ticks me off is that some women I've talked to say they found him attractive but those women would likely never be willing to date an obvious Aspie or a guy who's that extreme yet they go on & on about how he is cute. It's confusing & frustrating for dorks. because we hear women talk about how they like him & we get our hopes up only to get disillusioned

Cute doesn't always mean that they would have sex with him.
