Hi everyone! I'm taking an English class that requires me to make a survey and get as many people to complete it as possible. It would mean a lot to me if you do it! Thanks.

*The survey asks about people's opinions on mad cow disease. It is anonymous and asks only for the country the respondent is living in (as opposed to name and address). The data will be used to support my research paper's thesis that people around the world need to be informed of this issue; whether they choose to act or not is up to them. Feel free to look through it before deciding whether or not to complete it. The results will NOT be sent to any other place; this is SOLELY for my English paper.
