Question for Farscape fans about video game

This is, I think, from a random event in the game Sword of the Stars. The Peacekeeper Enforcer makes an announcement prior to attacking, and the voice actor sounds somewhat like Captain Bialar Crais of Farscape. The ship looks nothing like any Sebacean spacecraft, more like a classic "flying saucer" UFO, but doesn't the voice's similarity to that of an actor on Farscape in addition to the adjective Peacekeeper denote a possibly intentional alliteration to the sci-fi show?
