her kid most likely DOES NOT have autism. his symptoms are more consistent with Landau–Kleffner syndrome

It was determined more than a year ago that her boy does not have Autism. I'm just surprised she isn't running around telling the world he's been 'cured'.

I hate her for not coming out and clearing this up.

Chronic seizures alone, can cause symptoms that mimic autistic mannerisms.

If this is discovered, and the person is given seizure meds, the symptoms disappear if it's not autism.

That's EXACTLY what she's done. And she is supporting other parents in curing their children by her example.

I'm all for biomedical treatments for difficult by-products of autism, like anxiety, but acceptance is paramount to the autistic person.

She really pisses me off !

Her son was never on the spectrum to begin with, yet she still wants to speak gibberish for autism.

I know, i hate her. I especially hate how she has now dragged Jim Carrey into all her crazyness. At least he isn't still sleeping with her, but still attends her rally's.

I hate when we have "autistic parent's get together here, everyone acts like she is a f*****g god." But then all the mum's in the group are dressed like her and are yuppies. :x

This has already been said a long time ago. He doesn't have autism. Sure he showed characteristics of it before he got very bad seizures but maybe that was something else. This condition.
